The Customer Care Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through phone and email correspondence, processing sales and service orders promptly and accurately, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.  Builds, strengthens, and maintains relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

  • Associates Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 2 years of Customer Service or relevant experience

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processes domestic and international sales and service orders with attention to Ikonix USA's OTD and Customer Happiness commitments
  • Provides exceptional customer support through all communication mediums
  • Collaborates with service, sales, and accounting teams to resolve customer concerns

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    • This position does include close and clear vision (at 20 inches or less)

    • Peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right when eyes are fixed on a given point)
    • Depth perception (three-dimensional vision, and ability to judge distances and spatial relationships)
    • Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
